Russia has become 'cornered', claims Zelensky
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has commented that Russia's military has become "cornered" on the battlefield. At the same time, he demanded the recovery of several other areas occupied by Russian forces. Meanwhile, Moscow blamed Ukraine for the missile attack in eastern Donetsk that killed 13 people.
The rampage of Russian forces continues in different regions of Ukraine. However, the Ukrainian army did not stop to respond. The country's troops are desperate to recover the various territories occupied by Russia.
In the meantime, the Ukrainian forces have occupied several areas in the eastern region. Volodymyr Zelensky commented that Moscow's troops have been cornered. In a video message, he said, besides liberating various areas, his troops are advancing at a fast pace to return to normal life.
In the meantime, Kiev has claimed control of the Oskil River on the Russian border. Zelensky called it another milestone for the Ukrainian army. Giving a strong message to the Russian soldiers, he said that two ways are now open in front of them. Either they leave the territory of Ukraine, or surrender.
Zelensky also said that moving at a faster pace is critical now. Restoring stability in free areas, freedom of movement, normal life in free areas, support from allies must be moved forward with speed.
Meanwhile, Moscow blamed Ukraine for Monday (September 19) bomb attack in Donetsk, controlled by Russian separatists, which left several casualties, including children. However, Ukraine did not comment on the attack.
