The 'WP Gateway' plugin is very important for websites built with WordPress. Because this plugin basically controls the other plugins on the website. Not only that, different themes can also be added. As a result, the security of millions of websites built on WordPress around the world is at risk due to a flaw in this important plugin.

The flaw in the 'WP Gateway' plugin was first identified by a group of researchers at security plugin maker WorldFence. The company claims to have prevented 4.6 million cyber attacks on more than 280,000 websites through this error in the last 1 month.

WordPress has not yet released security patches to fix plugin bugs. As a result, there is a risk of security of all websites using the plugin, as well as data theft of users. And so cyber security experts suggest removing the plugin from the website as soon as possible before repairing the security flaw.
