Zelensky reacts strongly to Elon Musk's peace proposal
Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky has reacted to tesla's chief executive and the world's richest man Elon Musk's offer of peace to end the war in Ukraine. He called on the Ukrainian people to consider Elon's proposal.
Zelensky is also conducting an opinion poll on Twitter in this regard, RT reported. In a Twitter post on Monday( October 3), he asked his followers: Which Ilon do they like the most, who is for Ukraine or who is for Russia? However, the majority of respondents in the survey are supporting Elon's first position.
"Since the West does not accept the results of the referendum held under Russia, this time it will be done under the jurisdiction of the United Nations. The people of the area will be able to freely choose that they will not go with Russia or Ukraine. If russia loses the vote, it will withdraw its troops.
Elon's proposal has been in controversy for several days on social media. Starting with Ukraine's President Zelensky, the country's parliament has also participated in the debate. President Zelensky tweeted, "Which Elon Musk do you like?" Whether Elon Musk supports Ukraine or elon musk who supports Russia?
Zelensky's adviser, Mikhailo Podoliak, said peace is possible only when Russia returns all territory of Ukraine, including Crimea, the Russian military is abolished, all its nuclear bombs are destroyed, and Russia is tried for war crimes. Ukraine's ambassador to Germany also criticized Elon Musk's proposal.
Not only Ukraine, european leaders also did not stop criticizing Musk. Lithuania's President Gitanas Nauseda said on Twitter that if someone takes off the Tesla wheel of Elon Musk, he will not become the legitimate owner of that wheel.
However, Elon is not wearing much of this. Responding to the criticism, he said in a tweet, "I am not thinking about who did not like my opinion. My plan could save millions of lives. The people of Donbass and Crimea should decide who they will be with. ’
