25 killed as bus falls into ditch in India
At least 25 people were killed when a wedding bus fell into a gorge in Uttarakhand on Tuesday. There were more than 40 passengers on the bus. Twenty-one people were taken to the hospital.
According to news agency ANI, 25 people were found dead in the Pauri Garhwal bus accident that took place at Night in Birokhal area of Dhumakot.
in avalanche, state police chief Ashok Kumar told the media that the police rescued 21 people overnight. The injured have been admitted to a nearby hospital.
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami expressed grief over the accident and said the state government was with the families of the victims.
