Russia is preparing to use 'dirty bomb', claims the West
The West, including the United States, has rejected Russia's allegations that Ukraine may use 'dirty bombs' on its territory. They claim that Moscow itself is preparing for such an attack.

US and Russian army chiefs had a telephone conversation on the day. Although the details of that discussion are not known, the Russian Ministry of Defense said that there was talk about 'dirty bombs'.
Meanwhile, the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, has expressed fear that due to Russian attacks on power plants one after the other, he will suffer greatly in the coming winter. However, he claims that the Ukrainian army is dealing with the Russian army with a strong hand in the war.
Zelensky said, we are resisting the so-called second strongest army in the world. They are now seeking help from others. False rumors are spreading in our name. Overcoming all obstacles we will fight for victory. Although this path is very difficult.
In the meantime, Russian forces launched a massive attack on the southern city of Mykolaiv, Ukraine. Several residential buildings have been damaged.
