Third Bangladesh Takreem in Quran competition in Saudi
Hafez Saleh Ahmad Takreem (13) of Bangladesh won the third place by participating in the 42nd King Abdul Aziz International Quran Competition held under the supervision of the Saudi government.
The final winners were announced at a colorful ceremony held at the Holy Haram Sharif in Mecca on Wednesday (September 21) night local time.
At that time, Takreem, who won the third place, was awarded 1 lakh riyals (about 27 and a half lakh taka).
Earlier, this Hafez of Bangladesh won the first place by participating in the international Quran competition held in Tehran on March 5.
